Alongside my creative practice, I have taught extensively in Higher Education as well as taking on various academic management roles, including Programme Director for BA(Hons) Drama and Theatre Arts and BA(Hons) Drama and Theatre Arts with Acting at Goldsmiths, University of London, where I have been a Lecturer in Theatre and Performance since 2012. I have also worked as an Associate Lecturer and Guest Practitioner at Central Saint Martins, Rose Bruford College, Brunel University, the University of Guelph (Canada), and Università Agrigento (Sicily). My pedagogical approach is deeply informed by my practice research, which emphasises embodied, site-responsive, experimental, and materially engaged methodologies within devised performance and live art contexts. In turn, my teaching continually feeds back into and shapes my creative research. My key teaching specialisms include devised performance making and live art, scenography and performance design, site-based performance, dramaturgy, performance installation, performable costumes and object-based dramaturgies.
